We're seeking a customer-focused, enthusiastic individual to join our team in Falkirk. As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you'll provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and positivity.
- Spot and act on sales opportunities, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about our products and promotions to provide expert advice.
