- Position :Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie
- Employer :Luxury Home Dining Restaurant
- Location:Falkirk, Scotland
- Gross OTE Salary package: circa£39,000 (+share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Indian dishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
