PROPERTY INSPECTOR - INSIDE IR35 - 6 MONTHS

One of Loriens Falkirk based Public Sector clients is looking for a highly experienced Property Inspector to join there team starting for Sept 27th through to March 28th 2025.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The following are considered essential: -* Qualifications: Required to possess an appropriate construction/services related HNC or equivalent. * Experience: Required to have a minimum 5 years' experience of the mechanical services industry within the commercial services sector, preferably practical site experience. * Be mobile throughout the Council area. * Gas safe registration

The following are considered desirable: -* Gas Safe Registration for commercial properties * A current driving licence. * Trade based background * Membership of a relevant trade body. * Additional relevant training and experience. * Corporate membership * Good communication and negotiating skills. * An understanding of how to use CAD software particularly to review drawn information and specifications. * Proficient use of IT software such as CAFM systems, maintenance works ordering, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job purpose

To be responsible for inspection, repairs and minor planned works of all mechanical elements of the Organisations Non-housing Property portfolio.To provide a high-quality Client Services and customer focused mechanical inspectorate service which ensures that statutory requirements and policies, which relate to construction, inspection and maintenance are effectively and accurately complied with.
