Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a start up construction business in their search for an Office Administrator. This role will offer progression as the business grows with the ideal person stepping into a management role
Ideally you will need to have worked in a similar role within a fast paced business
Duties include:
- General administration
- Processing invoices and uploading them onto the system
- Completing purchase orders and invoices
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Chasing outstanding invoices via the phone and email
- Supporting the sales team with after sales documents
Ideally you will:
- Have previous experience in Admin/Finance/Accounts
- Have high attention to detail
- Be a problem solver
- Be proficient with Microsoft office
