Senior Embedded Design Engineer Fareham, Hampshire Permanent, Salary up to £75,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop FPGA solutions on the Xilinx System on a Chip platform.
- Deliver and optimise DSP algorithms for real-time systems on embedded hardware.
- Develop maintainable, object-oriented, and efficient embedded code in C/C++.
- Investigate new technologies and contribute to the formation of company strategy.


About You:


Applications are sought from experienced, degree-qualified Design Engineers with a robust understanding of embedded operating systems, preferably within an RF environment. Proficiency in hardware description languages is essential, and familiarity with Python, frequency & time domain test equipment, and Linux will be highly advantageous.


This role is perfect for those who thrive on pro-active problem solving and possess strong conceptual and analytical skills. The ability to eventually secure UK Security Clearance is important, although you can start the role without this. You do not necessarily need to be a UK National.
