Accounts Receivable

Reed Accountancy is working with a large business who after acquiring an Italian client are now looking for Italian speakers to join their Finance team, in Fareham.

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable or Receivable Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing aspects of accounts payable or receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Fluency in Italian is essential for this role, as you will be communicating extensively with our Italian-speaking clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Reconcile accounts payable or receivable balances.

Communicate fluently in Italian with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and controls.

What you will need to succeed.

Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is a must.

Accountancy qualifications minimum at AAT.

Proven experience in accounts payable or receivable.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
