New Business Executive
Salary: up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission OTE up to 75k
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm
Location: Whiteley, Fareham.

My Client is looking for driven, enthusiastic, and bubbly people to join their team based in Whiteley. They deliver bespoke, affordable, business-boosting telecoms systems to small and medium sized businesses across the U.K. Providing a range of bespoke tailor-made business telephone systems.
You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and passing the lead over to a senior business executive (to start with).
The successful candidates will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business opportunities from the database we provide and with bought leads. Using rough scripts and having the ability to objection handle, build relationships and close business against internal targets. Must have sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads
Close opportunities of business
Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Deliver a continuing high level of customer service
Building strong customer relations with new customers
Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates
Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads
Taking inbound and making outbound calls
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client service skills
A proven track record of strong client relationships
