Do you have experience and enjoy working within a contact centre environment, where things ever change and the phones are going crazy – If so, this role maybe ideal for you!
Being a first point of contact for the business, you will understand what services the customers require, provide quotations and advise on additional services and products that may increase the order. You may call a customer back to see if they would like to go ahead with their order following the quotation being provided and take payments.
You will have a great attention to details when entering information onto the inhouse CRM and ordering systems, be capable of sending professional emails and responding to webchats.
Personality is key to this role, you must be hard working, proactive, resilient, use initiative and enjoy working as part of a team.
Full training will be provided on computer systems, products and services
Due to the location of this business, you are required to have own transport
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday - 9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break on a rota
(7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am-6pm)
- Saturday mornings 8am – 12pm (On a rota one in nine weeks)
