Sous Chef - Busy Pub - Fareham
This is an opportunity for a Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge in this popular pub near Fareham. Working as part of a team you will prepare and serve light meals and Pub Classics for guests with food served all day. The kitchen also has a Pizza Oven and serves fresh Pizzas. The role is 45 hours week with 5 straight shifts.

The Role
- Preparing meals for service using fresh ingredients
- Running service in Head Chef's absence
- Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

The Person
You will be a Sous Chef capable of running a busy kitchen service and work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the management team.
- Strong Kitchen Manager as well as Head or Sous Chef
- Sound knowledge of running a busy kitchen
- Ideally from a busy branded restaurant, hotel or pub chain used to serving meals to large numbers.
