Our client, a well-established and respected demolition and asbestos removal company, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Administrator to join their team in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to ensure the safe and compliant management of asbestos-related activities.

Position Overview

The Asbestos Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all asbestos-related activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, minimising health risks to workers and the public.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with asbestos regulations (HSE)
  • Maintain knowledge of current asbestos laws and guidelines
  • Manage asbestos surveys, reports, assessments, and documentation
  • Submit required reports to regulatory agencies on time
  • Track certifications and training records for asbestos workers
  • Coordinate with external contractors on asbestos projects
  • Schedule air quality monitoring and post-removal inspections
  • Ensure asbestos workers are properly trained and certified
  • Maintain records of employee training
