Your Role:

As an Patient Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of the patient care pathway, providing essential support over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering advice and assisting patients in managing their symptoms telephonically.
  • Recording basic clinical information using specialist software
  • Directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professional based on their condition.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments, including cancellations, reminders, and referrals

What We're Looking For:

? No previous experience needed-full training provided!? Customer service experience is essential? Strong computer skills and excellent telephone manner are a must? Experience in a Primary Care setting (GP practice, pharmacy, dental services, NHS walk-in centres) is advantageous
