Your new companyMy client is a market-leading professional services company who has ambitious plans to grow headcount and revenue in the next few years. Your new roleTo be responsible, as a central Learning and Development Advisor, for supporting a multi-divisional team in the efficient organisation and execution of training sessions anddevelopment, and maintenance of key resources / tools used across the business.Key responsibilities include:

  • Support logistical and administrative components of learning and development initiatives, including elements of new joiner inductions, led by the team
  • Provide support for the team initiatives and projects
  • Profile and organise documents and contents
  • Maintain and update knowledge resources and pages on the intranet
  • Promote efficiency tools and carry out basic document automation
  • Develop eLearning modules to support learning and development
  • Prepare communications to promote new knowledge tools and resources

Working hours: 40 / week (including 1 hour lunch), Monday-Friday (9am-5pm, but flexible on start / finish times). This role also offers hybrid working with 3 days / week in the Southampton office vs 2 days WFH. What you'll need to succeedThis role will suit a self-motivated individual who has a willingness to be flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a law firm / accountancy practice or a similar professional services environment is preferred (but not essential). You must also have experience in training and/or Learning and Development coordination and administration. Proficiency in IT systems, especially MS Office is important with a good working knowledge of eLearning / LMS / Intranet.
