Finance Training Manager, Fareham

I’m delighted to be supporting a Financial Services based business in Whiteley with the recruitment of a proactive and self-motivated Training Manager to support their new finance and accountancy starters.
The role is an opportunity for someone with an accounting background to join the Training and Leadership Skills Team and be part of an exciting focus to build and deliver a world class technical training curriculum. The role works closely with the business to train end users on private equity, systems and accounting related topics.
The role will include:
- Being an active member of the Technical training working group, agreeing priorities for technical training and building a portfolio of classroom and self-paced technical training programs.
- Collaborate with the business function and working group stakeholders to evolve and expand the curriculum, ensuring content is standardized and relevant across the business.
- Learn the functionalities of the accounting applications with high proficiency to teach end users.
- Fully immerse and learn the end-user workflows to best facilitate practical on the job experiences for end users.
- Facilitate Bootcamps and Beyond Bootcamp training sessions to new and existing hires.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions, both live and virtual.
- Facilitate training sessions on systems and proprietary accounting applications.
About you
We’re looking for an academically strong enthusiastic individual who has an accounting background, ideally with experience within fund accounting
Experience using Investran and or Yardi is preference and experience delivering training for a team, including in an informal environment, would be of benefit.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills alongside first class written and verbal communication skills are a must.
