A fast-paced, PE-owned, technology-driven business is recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager to work closely with the Head of Reporting, taking ownership of external financial reporting and the internal controls environment.The key responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager include: 
  • Producing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the audit process and resolving audit queries.
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and SOX controls.
  • Production of technical papers.
  • Working with the finance team to ensure correct accounting treatments.
  • Ad hoc project work and analysis as well as supporting and covering for the Head of Reporting.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Demonstrate experience in a Financial Reporting or Audit Manager role.
  • Possess strong technical reporting knowledge (IFRS).
  • Ideally have experience of implementing internal controls and SOX.
  • Be a qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with a number of years pqe in industry or practice.
