- Leading a team of transactional finance and accounting professionals, promoting their personal and professional development and ensuring that work set is handled appropriately
- Managing the group consolidation process and ensure the required level of insight and requisite controls are in place
- Developing internal accounting systems and process and drive continuous improvements
- Playing a pivotal role in harmonising accounting process with new acquisitions.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining an internal financial audit and compliance programme
- Supporting ongoing financial planning and analysis activities
- Reporting in to and supporting the Finance Director
