  • Chase outstanding debts via phone, email and letter - credit control
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and agree on payment plans
  • Initiate legal proceedings if necessary, and issuing relevant letters
  • Take inbound and making outbound calls to customers
  • Assess customer affordability through completion of income and expenditure forms
  • Support the Credit Control Manager
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as: Credit Controller / Collections Agent / Credit Control Clerk / Recoveries Agent / Debt Collection Agent / Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Officer
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to handle sensitive financial matters with resilience and tact
