- Chase outstanding debts via phone, email and letter - credit control
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and agree on payment plans
- Initiate legal proceedings if necessary, and issuing relevant letters
- Take inbound and making outbound calls to customers
- Assess customer affordability through completion of income and expenditure forms
- Support the Credit Control Manager
