About the role:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, as well as driving pipeline chasing from full application to completion. You will have the opportunity to assess key underwriting and completions documents, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering a consistently high quality of customer service to both external and internal customers
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Driving pipeline chasing from full application to completion
  • Assessing applications and post-offer documents
  • Managing escalation calls from intermediaries and solicitors
  • Collaborating with legal professionals on complex policy decisions
  • Identifying and escalating any potentially fraudulent activity
