Data Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Day to day of the role:
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a financial administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
