Candidates must have previous experience in mechanical or mast assembly, with yacht/dinghy mast building experience being desirable.
The position offers a pay rate of £12.19-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience and skillset.
Working hours are 07:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday and 07:30-12:30 on Friday, with full-time ongoing work and potential for permanency.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler/Mast Assembler for our client's busy manufacturing site based in Fareham.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Using a range of hand and power tools for fitting and assembly.
Measuring for any necessary routering, cutting, drilling and riveting.
Working from technical drawings and diagrams.
Maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Building and assembling yacht masts.

Previous Mechanical assembly or Mast assemblyexperience is essential.

Yacht/dinghy mast building experience is desirable.

07:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday

07:30-12:30 Friday

Pay rate of £12.19-£15.00 per hour dependant on experience and skillset.

Full time, ongoing with potential of permanency.
