  • Business partnering with department heads to provide support and advice about cost centres
  • Delivering detailed and accurate forecasting for non-labour costs and supply-side labour recoveries
  • Analysing financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and growth
  • Preparing accurate management reports to inform key decision-making across the business
  • Reviewing and reconciling balance sheets
  • Supporting bid preparation for contracts
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within finance and accounting practices
  • Supporting the wider finance team and business
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant / Accountant / Commercial Accountant
  • Industry experience with exposure to projects and/or contract management would be beneficial
  • An inquisitive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (Power BI experience is a plus)
  • Confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders
