HGV / HIAB Driver

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting on an excellent position for our client who are looking to hire an experienced HIAB HGV Driver.

Our client is an established specialist in High Voltage Electrical Engineering services working across the South Coast.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HIAB Operator HGV Class 1 Driver.

The Role:

• The position will require driving to sites across the South of the UK to include the Isle of Wight for project based installations
• The position will entail lifting transformers on-site into position
• Our client specialise in the supply and installation of electricity distribution equipment and the role will entail delivering equipment to sites for the installation teams
• The position will require accurate and careful operating of the HIAB to position equipment into place

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver
• You will have strong HIAB Operating experience
• Be open to staying away from home on occasions and staying on the isle of wight which can be project dependant

Salary:

• 18.00 per hour
• Overtime available
