RecQuest are working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm known for its dedication to client care and professional excellence. They are now seeking an experienced New Build Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established property team in Fareham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX Lawyer), or Licensed Conveyancer with specialist expertise in New Build plot purchases. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload while delivering outstanding client service.

The Role:
  • Handle a caseload of New Build residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and intermediaries.
  • Use a case management system effectively to process transactions.
  • Engage in marketing and business development initiatives to support team growth.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX Lawyer), or Licensed Conveyancer with expertise in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Extensive experience in New Build plot purchases.
  • Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in working with case management systems and handling high-volume transactions.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
