Our client is seeking a skilled M&E General Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC systems, office block installations, and domestic works to join our dynamic team in Fareham. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee M&E operations on site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of the team, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure successful delivery of HVAC installations, office block fit-outs, and domestic works projects.
• Monitor project progress, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly.
• Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC, office block installations, and domestic electrical/mechanical works.
• Previous supervisory experience in an M&E environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
