We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to manage the enrolment process for training /courses. This is a standalone role requiring a confident individual who can take ownership of the end-to-end process, including managing a database of learners and their course requirements, and liaising with learners and employers. The ideal candidate will be ready to come on board ASAP.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Enrol learners onto new courses and manage the entire process meticulously.
  • Maintain and update a database with learner details and course completion requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with learners and employers via phone calls and other communication methods.
  • Take full ownership of the administrative process in a standalone role, without the support of a wider admin team.
  • Be adaptable to handle ad hoc tasks and demonstrate flexibility within the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or training setting.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and managing databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage processes independently.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in making calls and managing relationships.
  • Ability to work efficiently and take initiative in a standalone role.
