CMA HR Division is working exclusively to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis, for a growing organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will collaborate with managers to help them achieve business objectives by providing timely and practical advice on a range of people issues.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

Supporting employment legislation, including TUPE, the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice.
Providing coaching and support to managers and staff on a range of employment and HR issues.
Managing absence effectively and professionally.
Addressing issues related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Supporting employee wellbeing projects.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

CIPD level 5 qualification (desirable).
Experience of working on employee relations cases.
