Temporary HR Business Partner

Immediate Start

Fareham, Hampshire

£15-18 an hour

1to1 group are looking for a short-term temporary HR Business Partner based in Fareham to support their team. You will be based in the office Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with a 1630 finish on a Friday.

Duties:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice, support and guidance.
  • Coaching managers on all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance and absence management.
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the business on HR issues.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Understanding and application of HR policies, HR best practise and employment law
  • Experience of TUPE would be an advantage
  • Experience of HR systems including day to day maintenance and reporting
  • Excellent communications skills and IT literate/competent
  • Ability to appropriately balance the considerations of staff and organisation, within the parameters of legislation and regulation
  • Travel to operational sites may be required
