Are you a skilled 1st/2nd Line Support Technician ready for a new challenge? Deerfoot IT Recruitment is thrilled to announce an excellent opportunity with a collaborative company in Fareham, Hampshire!
We're looking for two talented 1st/2nd Line Support Technicians to join their team.
What's on Offer:
- Salary: £26k - £30k+
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive and rewarding
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Fareham, Hampshire - with free onsite parking and easy access to train and bus stations
Your Role: As a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician, you will:
- Provide exceptional service desk support via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot network connectivity in LAN/WAN environments
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage IT issues
- Install, upgrade, and support in-house EPoS and back office applications
What You Need:
- 1-2 years' experience in IT support
- Strong understanding of server and client setups
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking principles
- Experience with remote access tools like VNC
- Excellent technical skills with PCs and desktop hardware
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
