The firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer for their Fareham office to Join the highly respected Real Estate Conveyancing team, known for its expertise and accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

The role will see you manage you own caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership transactions with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include supervising paralegals, maintaining client relationships, and attending regional meetings. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to manage a small team and meet key account referral targets.
