What You’ll Do:
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and production planning to ensure seamless manufacturing and customer deliveries.
Manage materials & stock, ensure availability, accuracy, and efficiency across all warehouse operations.
Lead a team, mentor, coach, and drive continuous improvement in a high-performing environment. - Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimise stock levels.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and industry regulations while improving KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Leadership experience – ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Problem-solving skills – tackle supply chain challenges with a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset – interpret data, improve processes, and boost efficiency.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Aerospace/Engineering experience is a plus!).
