We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our clients' team who manufacture precision components in the Fareham area.
Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components are manufactured to the correct dimensions and specifications.
- Use of the CMM, including programming
- Inspection of highly intricate components
- Conduct regular quality inspections of components during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production planning and engineering teams to ensure components are produced on time and to the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an inspection role
- Experience with F.A.I.R and 8D-NCR investigations
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with precision engineering and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good experience using CMMs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
