What We Are Looking For:

  • Passionate about teaching and education with a drive to make a difference to all children
  • Open and committed to developing our federation vision
  • A teacher with a proven record of high-quality, inclusive teaching and secure subject knowledge
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and engage children through their practice and classroom
  • Experience of teaching in KS2
  • Experience of successfully leading a subject (desirable but not essential)
  • Willing to get involved with all aspects of school life including trips and residentials
  • A good understanding of assessment strategies which make a difference
  • Reflective on their own practice and values their professional development
  • Works effectively as part of a team and has good communication skills
  • High regard for safeguarding pupils
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, if not already done.
