This is not the usual Block Manager hire, this is for someone who wants to join long term, where my client can offer genuine progression as the department grows. They are looking for someone who wants a career. You will work alongside a very experienced Senior member of the team, managing a local portfolio. You will also be the direct contact for all leaseholders & landlords regarding all queries, manage all maintenance, repairs & contractors and chair regular meetings. You will be joining a smaller business, who offer a very supportive environment who only want to see you succeed. To be considered for the role you must have property management experience (either in lettings or block management). For anyone with no block management experience, you will be in good hands regarding training/coaching to bring you up to speed.
