The ideal candidatewill be responsible for:
- Fire and Health & Safety compliance
- Carrying out property inspections to identify maintenance issues,
- Acting as the main point of contact between leaseholders and contractors for maintenance works and statutory compliance.
- Working with accounts advisors on annual service charge budgets
- Section 20 Project Management.
We will ideally be looking for someone with experince in leasehold block management, knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation. Excellent IT knowledge with good experience of Microsoft packages. A hellpful attitude who is excellent with verbal and written communication.
