Position Overview: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant based in our Whiteley office, you will play a pivotal role in our Construction Division, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves engaging with both external candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and forging lasting relationships. You will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, fostering client partnerships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract and engage high-calibre candidates within the construction sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Construction Division.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction industry, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in a 360 recruitment role, with a focus on both candidate and client management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset, driven by targets and motivated to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software.
