-Handling inbound sales inquiries and managing customer accounts.
-Providing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
-Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
-Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
-Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on timber products.
-Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
-Liaise with suppliers and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably within the timber or construction industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
-A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
