After Sales Managers duties
- Support National Manager to maintain, improve, and communicate all aftersales processes.
- Managing team of aftersales administrators (approx. 3) who process spares enquiries/order & warranty claims
- Managing service engineer’s requests/dairy
- Ensuring engineer reports are issued to customer in timely manor
- Invoicing site service to customers
- Handling warranty disputes
- Graded stock management
