We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a thriving automotive business in Fareham. About the Role: As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, from advanced diagnostics to complex repairs, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team, providing guidance and support to junior technicians when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out diagnostics and repairs to a high standard on a wide variety of vehicles
- Conducting servicing and maintenance work, including routine checks and complex repairs
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians as required
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company and industry standards
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and liaising with customers where necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully Qualified to Master Technician level (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of a variety of vehicles
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in vehicle systems and electronics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality work
- Full, clean driving license
