As part of our clients UK operational expansion, CKB Recruitment are proud to present a new to market role for a proactive Recoveries Lead to develop and drive a new subrogation proposition within a Multinational Loss Adjusting firm.. Reporting to a Head of Practice, you’ll build a strong recovery framework, pursue recoveries, oversee salvage activities, and maximise financial returns for clients. Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Develop & Lead Strategy – Shape and execute the UK subrogation approach.
  • Business Growth – Promote the proposition and drive client engagement.
  • Operational Excellence – Ensure a streamlined, effective recovery process.
  • Training & Development – Enhance recovery identification and pursuit.
  • Revenue Tracking – Work with BD & CS teams to measure success.
  • Hands-On Recovery – Personally manage key recoveries and salvage.
  • Industry Insight – Stay ahead of market trends.
The employer therefore seeks an ambitious individual with a strong expertise in subrogation & recoveries. You will also hold experience in proposition development, project management, and client engagement. As a brand ambassador you will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to lead and influence high-performing teams both internally and within their stakeholders. 

Whilst a largely hybrid role with occasional attendance required at regional offices you may also be required to travel nationally in support of Loss Adjusters and Business Development managers to develop relationships amongst stakeholders and complete projects.
