The job holder will be an integral member of the client service team , ensuring overall that investor clients receive a consistently prominent level of client service. This will include verifying, preparing & managing client claims, analysing and reconciling investment data and communicating with major investors.

Job role:

  • Liaising with clients, custodians, settlement administrators, law firms, litigation funders, and other relevant parties involved in this area of group litigation
  • Understanding and interpreting claims process documentation
  • Identifying, analysing, and processing financial transaction records on behalf of clients
  • Generation and filing of client's claims across multiple authorities.
  • Assisting the senior members of the team with litigation projects

Essential skills & experience:

The successful candidate will have an interest in this area of business where law & fintech interconnect & can demonstrate prior working knowledge/experience delivering client customerservice within a financial, insurance, legal or similar environment.

  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organisational skills
  • Detail-orientated, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
  • Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities to tight deadlines.
  • Initiative-taking & problem-solving
  • Takes responsibility and ownership.
  • A client and team-centric approach and friendly professional demeanour
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven work experience gained within a similar environment.

Monday - Friday

Hybrid option once probation is completed.

40 hours working week.
