Financial Controller

CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing telecoms business based in Farnborough to recruit a Financial Controller.You will work closely with the Managing Director, managing the day to day financial activities and over-seeing a small team whilst supporting the strategic planned growth of the company.What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Working as a business partner to the budget holders, ensuring accountability surrounding the variance results.
• Manage and lead the budget, forecasting and strategic planning process - implementing controls as required.
• Oversee cashflow planning and management.
• Oversee the preparation of the statutory accounts, working with external auditors.
• Oversee the transactional finance including purchase ledger, sales ledger and treasury functions.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in similar finance roles ideally within an SME environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong systems knowledge and experience of a previous ERP implementation would be highly desirable.
