We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Accounts Assistant based in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in accounting with hands-on training and a structured development programme.
Responsibilities:
You will work as part of a busy, dynamic team managing accounts processes for multiple clients. Initially, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of areas, including:
Expenses / Petty Cash
Supplier Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Checking Weekly Cash Declarations
Invoice Entry
Requirements:
This entry-level role doesn’t require prior experience, but we are looking for someone with:
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine hunger to learn.
An interest in pursuing an AAT qualification (support and encouragement will be provided).
A proactive mindset and a willingness to have fun while working hard.
