Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback via phone, email, and written correspondence, ensuring accurate logging in the company’s CRM.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to address issues and identify trends.
  • Work with suppliers and factories to resolve complaints and incidents.
  • Assist in analysing customer feedback, preparing reports, and contributing to the monthly Customer Care report.
