Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team in Camberley on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in administrative roles, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while effectively managing their workload. You should be able to work independently, taking initiative to support the wider team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Weekly reporting to support the production of various reports
- Absence and holiday reporting
- Management of weekly payroll, point of contact liaising between office and sites
- Daily monitoring and recording information and documents relating to projects
- Ensuring all H&S checks are completed and recorded
- Supporting with all required training for new starts and current employees
- Ordering materials such as PPE & office stationery
- Answering emails and phone calls, sending letters as required

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting a wider team
- Solid planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs.
