Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of companies
- Assist with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies House
- Support due diligence efforts and manage data rooms for corporate transactions
- Conduct company and completion searches
- Provide advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handovers
- Assist team members with research on current developments in corporate governance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role
