Entry Level Administrator

Location : Farnborough

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Hours of Work : Monday to Friday

My client who are based in Farnborough are looking for an Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got strong attention to detail and are organised. On a daily basis you will be responsible for assist in the delivery or postal service, reception and office administration.

Daily Duties

Delivery of support and postal services to a nationwide network of offices with a total user community of 250 staff. This team provides the day to day delivery of all central printing, back scanning, postal services and project duties where necessary

This role will require good planning and organisation, attention to detail and comprehensive reporting on outstanding and progress

This role will require interaction with all staff at all levels, this will include face to face, written or on the phone

To deliver all aspects of central print services in line with agreed standards and SLAs

To deliver all aspects of inbound and outbound post services, this includes correct classification and allocation of post documents and providing excellent service to customers

To assist Reception as necessary in providing absence cover, this includes the management of Central Services mailbox and duties.

Skills and Experience

Competent at using Microsoft packages and client databases

Any previous experience of working with Post, Printing and Scanning.
