Escrow Administrator - Based in Hampshire, £25,000, Monday - FridayAre you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? A prestigious law firm are seeking a dedicated individual to join the team as an Escrow Administrator, assisting in the processing of all incoming and outgoing payments through their Escrow client account.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee account processing and manage incoming payments, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and procedures* Handle daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy* Reconcile payment records and verify that all payments are accurately posted.* Adhere to established manual processes for managing client escrow transactions* Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in billing or inventory management for clients* Perform client onboarding, including conducting Know Your Client (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks* Maintain regular communication with key clients to address inquiries and provide ongoing supportIdeal Candidate Profile:* Excellent communication skills* High attention to detail and accuracy* Strong data entry skills.* Practical experience with spreadsheets and financial software tools. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
