Are you a qualified Architect eager to work on high-end residential projects across all stages? Our client, a thriving architectural practice specialising in luxury residential designs, is looking for a talented Architect to join their team.
This small but dynamic practice boasts a stacked pipeline of exciting live and future multi-million-pound high-end residential projects. Due to this growing workload, they are seeking an Architect to join their team. The role offers exceptional professional development, with the opportunity to work across all project stages, including on-site involvement and seeing projects through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
Run projects through all RIBA Work Stages.
Produce high-quality designs and technical drawings.
Work closely with the practice director
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed design and production information for tender and construction packages.
Visit site as required
Ensure project delivery aligns with programme and quality standards.
Work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use developments, new build houses, and site redevelopments.
Required Skills & Experience
ARB registered Architect.
2 years post-qualification experience in UK-based private practice
Strong construction knowledge and experience in project running
Proficiency in Revit is essential ( a Revit test would be carried out at an interview)
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage risks, costs, and deadlines independently
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Proactive problem-solving approach.
