- Actively work recovery processes on allocated cases to safeguard company assets.
- Review and acceptance of all cases via Financial Services Collection team, which meet handover criteria.
- Acceptance of all relevant cases where loss is likely to be incurred by the business.
- Working with customers who have been identified as vulnerable.
- Completing daily tasks in relation to obtaining accurate CAP valuations for vehicles, dealing with Crush watch alerts, conducting HPI enquiries, conducting CRA enquiries, logging of all incoming correspondence and handling general customer queries.
- Allocating & Preparing files to DCA's & Solicitors & Repossession agents.
- Ensuring payment is made to suppliers for work conducted on behalf of Alphabet in line with their respective supplier contract terms.
What you'll need to succeed
- A background in managing Asset and Legal Recovery cases (desirable).
- Senior customer service experience
- Strong administration & communication skills.
- The ability to be organised work within timescales and attention to detail is key.
- Knowledge of DPA, CCA, FCA, TCF, GDPR & Money Laundering. (desirable)
- Experience of working with vulnerable customers (desirable).
- Experience in a recovery related environment, preferable financial services.
- Analytical and objective approach to problem-solving.
