Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive sales support for directors and account managers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and quoting process with end-to-end ownership.
  • Communicate with clients, follow up on inquiries, and address their needs.
  • Collaborate with distributors, partners, and manufacturers to resolve stock and pricing queries.
  • Ensure all new sales registrations are accurately processed and required information is gathered.
  • Produce and maintain monthly Salesforce reports and align with internal sales trackers.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales events, maintaining progress updates and communication.
  • Keep legal templates up to date for contract preparation and ensure compliance.
  • Support marketing events and assist in updating applicable databases.
  • Perform quality checks on work and handle ad hoc duties as needed.
