Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive sales support for directors and account managers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and quoting process with end-to-end ownership.
- Communicate with clients, follow up on inquiries, and address their needs.
- Collaborate with distributors, partners, and manufacturers to resolve stock and pricing queries.
- Ensure all new sales registrations are accurately processed and required information is gathered.
- Produce and maintain monthly Salesforce reports and align with internal sales trackers.
- Act as a point of contact for sales events, maintaining progress updates and communication.
- Keep legal templates up to date for contract preparation and ensure compliance.
- Support marketing events and assist in updating applicable databases.
- Perform quality checks on work and handle ad hoc duties as needed.
